Responsibility
- Creator & Affiliate Outreach: Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-potential TikTok creators and affiliates aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end TikTok campaigns, including content briefs, timelines, and KPIs (engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) using TikTok Analytics and third-party tools to optimize performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with creators, ensuring brand alignment and consistent content quality.
- Content Collaboration: Work with creators to co-develop authentic, high-engagement content (videos, lives, duets) that resonates with target audiences.
- Affiliate Program Growth: Scale the affiliate program by recruiting new partners, providing promotional assets, and tracking payouts.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and emerging creators to inform campaign adjustments.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting wins, challenges, and data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory for international collaborations).
- TikTok Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and creator ecosystem (personal or professional experience preferred).
- Influencer Marketing: Proven track record in managing KOL/affiliate partnerships, preferably in e-commerce, gaming, or lifestyle niches.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data (Google Analytics, TikTok Insights) and derive actionable insights.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong interpersonal skills to secure favorable terms with creators and affiliates.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Thinking: Knack for crafting compelling narratives and campaign hooks that drive viral potential.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or TikTok Creator Marketplace is a plus.
