Responsibility
- Develop and execute KOL/influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and drive conversions for Filmore Health’s products and services.
- Identify, vet, and onboard relevant KOLs, micro-influencers, and healthcare advocates across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines for influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Create compelling briefs, content guidelines, and performance metrics for KOL partnerships to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (engagement rates, ROI, reach) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to develop cohesive, KOL-driven campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in influencer marketing, healthcare, and digital consumer behavior to refine strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier KOLs to foster brand loyalty and recurring partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proven track record of successful KOL campaigns with measurable impact on brand growth or sales.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer ecosystem in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content strategy tailored to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
