Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote KNX-based building automation solutions in Bali.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, including architects, contractors, and property developers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize KNX solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, integrators, and end-users.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system design consultations and troubleshooting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and network.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales or technical support within the building automation, smart home, or electrical engineering industry.
- KNX certification or equivalent training in building automation systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, IoT, and smart building technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
