Join a dynamic sales team as a B2B Sales Representative specializing in Shell Lubricants in the thriving business hubs of Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term relationships with industrial and commercial clients across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
As a key player in our distribution network, you will be responsible for identifying and converting high-value B2B prospects, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer support. Your success will directly contribute to the company’s expansion in the Indonesian lubricants market, with a focus on Shell’s premium product portfolio.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase Shell lubricant market penetration in assigned territories (Bali).
- Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, construction, and logistics.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular engagement, needs assessment, and tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Provide technical product knowledge and consultative selling to address client pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, lubricants, or chemical distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
