Responsibility
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of food quality and safety
- Coordinate with Store Manager and Floor Leader to resolve operational challenges and maintain smooth service
- Supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage food cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present operational reports, including daily sales, inventory, and staff performance
- Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
