Responsibility
- Supervise and lead the food and beverage service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to minimize waste and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage operations.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and private dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
