Responsibility
- Prepare and cook ingredients according to standardized recipes and special orders.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and waste management procedures.
- Support the head chef in plating and presenting dishes to meet quality standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is a plus, but not requiredâtraining provided.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Fluency in English or Indonesian is beneficial for effective communication.
