Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supply levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Promote health and wellness by sharing knowledge about ingredients and their benefits.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Participate in team training and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of health and wellness trends, especially related to smoothies and juices.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., ingredient bags).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
