Responsibility
- Provide exceptional table service with a focus on professionalism, attentiveness, and personalization.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation and quality standards.
- Manage table rotations and reservations to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dining or hospitality role, preferably in a casual or fine dining setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu descriptions and pairing suggestions.
