Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen and service crew operations to ensure smooth service delivery during peak and off-peak hours.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold company standards for food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure cost-effective usage of ingredients and resources.
- Enforce health and safety protocols, including food handling, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational improvements, staff schedules, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews to align staff with company goals and service standards.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, POS system management, and end-of-day reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in fast-casual or grilled-dish restaurants.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP), and local health regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
