Responsibility
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Support in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision, such as stirring, mixing, and portioning.
- Ensure timely restocking of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
