Responsibility
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Help with basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, peeling fruits, and portioning ingredients.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen stations before and after service.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the head chef or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
