Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items according to Yeok Jeon's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to the management.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for menu improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
