Responsibility
- Prepare and present high-quality food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in developing and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and bar areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the management team.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their dining experience.
- Follow all operational procedures, including opening/closing duties and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 25 years old.
- High school diploma (SMP/SMA) or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a kitchen, bar, or hospitality role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food and beverage innovation.
