Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of KOL specialists to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for luxury jewelry and accessories.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-profile influencers, celebrities, and content creators to promote our brand.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts that align with brand values and drive engagement, traffic, and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and industry partners to ensure long-term collaborations.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting campaign results and insights for future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful KOL and influencer campaigns, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong network of influencers, content creators, and industry contacts in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
