Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key beauty influencers, content creators, and KOLs to promote Ella Skin Clinic’s services and treatments.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including campaign briefs, content guidelines, and performance metrics to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, and clinical) to create cohesive and high-impact KOL campaigns that drive brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze KOL performance, including engagement rates, reach, and conversion, to optimize future campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to keep Ella Skin Clinic ahead of the competition.
- Organize and coordinate influencer events, photoshoots, and collaborations to showcase our clinic’s services and facilities in Bali’s top locations.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or public relations, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful KOL campaigns with measurable results (e.g., increased engagement, lead generation, or sales).
- Strong network of beauty influencers, content creators, and industry contacts in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with influencers and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools for influencer tracking and analytics (e.g., BuzzSumo, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
