Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand business within private hospital groups in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, hospital administrators, and medical professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, contracts, and partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective account management and negotiation.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the medical sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, medical sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biomedical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, procurement processes, and medical technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
