Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and in-store visibility plans in collaboration with key clients to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pitch new initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions that meet client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client performance to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, campaign results, and ROI to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Services, preferably in marketing, advertising, or retail industries.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, including in-store visibility, promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
