As a Senior Account Associate, you will leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize partner performance, and solve complex operational challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable results, ensuring that our partners not only thrive but contribute significantly to Cove Living's ecosystem. Responsibility

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Execute strategic initiatives that align partner goals with Cove Living’s business objectives.
  • Resolve operational roadblocks and handle escalated issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the partner experience.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and partner leadership.
  • Drive partner revenue growth through proactive engagement and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or partner operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Excel).
