You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable results, ensuring that our partners not only thrive but contribute significantly to Cove Living's ecosystem. Responsibility
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Execute strategic initiatives that align partner goals with Cove Livingās business objectives.
- Resolve operational roadblocks and handle escalated issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the partner experience.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and partner leadership.
- Drive partner revenue growth through proactive engagement and strategic account planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or partner operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Excel).
