Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of local tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
