This position offers a competitive salary range of ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute test cases to identify software defects.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Document test results and report defects using tracking tools.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
