Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy scalable network solutions to support business operations and growth.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and optimize existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular network audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging network technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with cloud-based networking solutions is a plus.
