Responsibility
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
- Collaborate with development teams to identify test cases and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Execute automated and manual tests to validate software functionality and performance.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and work with teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Document test cases, procedures, and outcomes for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in test automation and QA best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior internship or project experience in QA/testing is a plus.
