Responsibility
- Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile squads to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies across teams and projects to minimize bottlenecks and risks.
- Drive the adoption of Agile best practices, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to enhance team productivity and delivery predictability.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time) to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Act as a change agent to drive Agile transformation and process improvements across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead).
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading Agile teams in delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones is a plus.
