Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll modules in alignment with client requirements and global best practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to integrate SAP HCM solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements in payroll and HR operations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on SAP HCM Payroll functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Prepare and present reports on payroll metrics, trends, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM updates, payroll legislation, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or support.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g., OM, PA, PY) and payroll processes.
- Experience working with global payroll systems and multi-country payroll compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex payroll data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in SAP HCM (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
