Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Supervisor in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed for client meetings.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in sales is advantageous but not required.
