Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face marketing and promotional activities at roadshows, events, and retail locations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Drive sales activation by engaging potential customers and encouraging product trials or purchases.
- Set up and manage promotional booths, ensuring all materials and products are displayed attractively.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute roadshow schedules and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other locations for roadshows.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
