Responsibility
- Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, clients, and management to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project plans.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management, IT, or a related role (internships count!).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with IT concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and basic technical terminology.
