Responsibility
- Develop and optimize detailed process plans for existing products to ensure alignment with customer requirements and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Assist in the design and modification of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and other engineering documentation.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support the implementation of new processes or equipment, including testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all process engineering activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate process improvements, project updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a related role (internships or academic projects are a plus).
- Strong understanding of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with a passion for living and working in a tropical, multicultural environment.
