Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for international trips.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, ensuring flawless execution.
- Oversee household management tasks, including vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal and professional communications, managing emails, calls, and correspondence with discretion.
- Assist with personal errands, scheduling, and time management to ensure the principal's daily operations run smoothly.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- Research and source luxury goods, services, and experiences tailored to the principal's preferences.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, expense tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software and tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
