Responsibility
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network solutions and upgrades.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incidents for future reference.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical network issues.
- Conduct regular network audits to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the deployment of new network services and technologies.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
