Responsibility
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for data-related projects.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and prioritize data migration tasks.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
- Guide the team in adopting Agile best practices tailored for data projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of data migration and analytics initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in data projects or IT.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, ETL processes, or analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to guide cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts and remove blockers.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup with occasional travel to Bali.
