Responsibility
- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Design and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for assigned features or modules.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
- Assist in requirements analysis to define testable scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Document test results and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in agile/Scrum meetings to align testing efforts with sprint goals.
- Continuously improve testing processes by suggesting efficiency enhancements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques (e.g., black-box, white-box, exploratory testing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
