Responsibility
- Develop conceptual design ideas, mood boards, and space plans tailored to client needs and project briefs.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max).
- Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and clients to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in material and finish selections, including sourcing samples, comparing costs, and presenting options to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to oversee site measurements, installations, and project timelines.
- Prepare and present design presentations to clients, incorporating feedback and revising plans as needed.
- Support site visits to monitor progress, address design-related issues, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects, including residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and space planning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to address design challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with Baliās design aesthetic and cultural influences is a plus.
