Responsibility
- Develop conceptual design ideas for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects under senior guidance.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and presentations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Assist in space planning, material selection, and color schemes to align with client needs and design trends.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and monitor progress.
- Prepare construction drawings and specifications for contractors and suppliers.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and local regulations in Bali.
- Support senior designers in client meetings, presenting ideas, and incorporating feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software; knowledge of rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) is a plus.
- Strong creative and technical skills, with a portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or professional).
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
