Location: Flexible across Baliâs most vibrant hubsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
Responsibility
- Assist senior designers and architects in developing conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D renderings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project themes and client budgets.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and monitor progress against design specifications.
- Research emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and local craftsmanship to incorporate into projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client pitches and internal reviews.
- Maintain organized project files, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or 3D modeling software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects, technical drawings, and space planning.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and material specifications.
- Excellent communication, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
