Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for banking and FinTech products, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user flows, interactions, and visual design systems.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications for development teams.
- Analyze user data and metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for improving conversion, retention, and engagement.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the teamâs design capabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in FinTech design, accessibility, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on banking, FinTech, or financial services.
- Proven portfolio with case studies demonstrating your problem-solving skills, design thinking, and impact on business outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
