Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Process and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or partial qualification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role (internships included).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
