Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting financial performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
