Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and credit memos.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers with general ledger entries on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports and financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the ERP system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable principles and financial accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
