As a Junior ERP Analyst, you will work closely with senior consultants and internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Responsibility
- Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users across various departments.
- Document business processes, system configurations, and user manuals for ERP workflows.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve system bugs or performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system upgrades.
- Assist in the development of training materials and facilitate user workshops.
- Monitor system performance and prepare periodic reports on ERP module utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in ERP/SAP environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of database management concepts and basic SQL is highly desirable.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.
