Responsibility
- Assist in preparing detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design layouts and ensure accuracy.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and clients.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation and design files.
- Participate in site visits and meetings to gather project requirements and measurements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in drafting and design.
- Support the team in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design or drafting work is a plus.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
