Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and resolution of desktop/laptop incidents for enterprise clients.
- Manage end-user accounts, access rights, and software installations via ticketing systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of enterprise hardware and peripheral devices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical resolutions and recurring issues.
- Escalate complex technical incidents to senior engineering teams according to defined SLAs.
- Conduct regular system health checks and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environment.
- Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and MS Office 365 suites.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in high-pressure situations.
