Responsibility
- Collect, process, and analyze retail sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review.
- Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics to track business success.
- Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, or BI software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize data and create actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and basic statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Passion for retail, e-commerce, or consumer products is advantageous.
