Responsibility
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support the development of business process models and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and project teams.
- Participate in testing and validation of new systems or process changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business analysis activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
