Responsibility
- Prepare and serve traditional beverages including Kopi, Teh, and Cham to brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the beverage station and outlet seating area.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while handling orders accurately.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth outlet operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B or barista roles is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and service-oriented personality.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic command of Malay and English for effective customer communication.
- Reliable with a strong sense of punctuality and accountability.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
