Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in performing vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and basic repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
- Document vehicle conditions, service history, and repair recommendations accurately.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards for quality control.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare vehicles for sale, including cleaning and minor cosmetic touch-ups.
- Learn and apply technical knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining service processes clearly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnostic tools (e.g., OBD scanners).
- Hands-on experience with car maintenance or repairs (internships or personal projects count!).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various positions (e.g., bending, kneeling).
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
