Responsibility
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements for product development.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of technology-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in application technology.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and training materials for internal and external audiences.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product performance, usability, and scalability.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in application development, technical support, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ (or willingness to learn).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
