Responsibility
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail).
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-2 years) in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
