Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Process and verify accounting entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support the Accounting Supervisor in conducting internal audits and implementing financial controls.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory authorities.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling and analyzing financial data.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in handling financial data.
